Writing letters of recommendation is a rewarding part of my role, and I’m genuinely delighted to support students in achieving their goals. To ensure I can write you the strongest and most thoughtful letter possible, please provide at least two weeks’ notice before your earliest deadline.

When you reach out, please include:

• The deadline (and time zone, if relevant)

• Submission format (electronic link, PDF upload, printed letter, etc.)

• The official name of the organization or program

• A brief description of what you are applying for

• Your current CV

• Any relevant materials, such as a personal statement, research statement, or job description

• Please fill out this Google form for ease & please send a follow-up email to my email that you submitted the form
